Sleeping accommodation is adaptable and comprises a spacious Master Bedroom with Double Bed and large wardrobe ideal for storage. A second loft style Bedroom with two Single Beds and football table for entertainment is ideal for younger guests. In addition the Sofa to the Living area can be adapted into a sofabed to accommodate a 5th guest if needed. The modern and newly fitted Bathroom provides guests with both a separate Bathtub and Shower. Once outside parking can be found just 10m away. Explore the cobbled medieval pavements which lead past ancient townhouses and the famous Castello Rezzonico to a lakeside Beach popular with locals, and also to a sunny Lakeside Piazza offering spectacular views, which provides a lovely and unforgettable place to relax and unwind with a good book or picnic lunch. Rezzonico also offers a popular indoor Nightclub which is situated away from the village on the hillside. Menaggio town is conveniently situated nearby, being just 15 minutes away by car, and offering guests a wide variety of local amenities including shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes and a selection of family activities such as the Mini Golf, a local Cinema, Children’s Park and Lido di Menaggio with its Swimming Pools, Beach, Volleyball, Pizza Restaurant and Bar. The Promenade and Piazza with its charming Cafes and Boutique shops should be explored, and the famous local ice creams should definitely be tasted! | To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
